She attended Bates Technical College and started working in the hearing industry in 2016. Amy was drawn to the profession because she has a heart to help people.

What she loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing the joy on people’s faces when they hear their loved ones for the first time and hearing the stories about the everyday sounds they did not even realize they were missing. Sandra Beard

Audio Tech

I have lived in the Kent/Covington/Maple Valley area for most of my adult life and have raised my family here. I love having a positive impact and being of service in the community. Coming from a position in education to an Audio Technician means still serving the community I love by assisting patients with their hearing to have their best quality of life. The smile on people’s faces when we have made an impact here in our office is the best part of my job.

Outside of being an Audio Technician what I enjoy most is spending time with my family, especially time with my daughters and our horses they show competitively, all the way up to the National and World Competition.
